Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
